Présentation

This heavy device is mostly used for plants that have a high capacity (for example: cement manufacturing plants or quarries). The apron feeder is very often mounted with a grizzly. With this device, any type of material can be processed, even very polluted or sticky products such as waste with a high clay percentage.
The apron feeder is electronically controlled to provide a constant flow to the screen and the crusher. The whole plant can work properly, improving the quality of aggregates.
This is an easy to use and time saving device as it does not require much time for maintenance, thus avoiding long shutdowns.

Description

Composed of standard crawler components integrated into a very resistant backbone-type frame on which can be fixed high-capacity feed hoppers.
It can be set up on a slope of 0 to 26°.
The drive can be either electric or hydraulic with a speed variator.
